- Account & Contact Information: Name, business name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, and billing/shipping address.
- Artwork & Order Specifications: Uploaded raster or vector graphic files (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG), stitch preferences, Pantone color specifications, garment fabric types, and custom measurements.
- Transaction Data: Payment verification details (processed via secure PCI-compliant gateways like Stripe and PayPal). We never store raw credit card numbers on our servers.

We use the collected information exclusively to fulfill your orders and elevate service quality:

Generating digital stitch files (DST, PES, EMB), simulating 3D proofs, and executing custom manufacturing.

4. Artwork Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
We treat every client design as strictly confidential. Unless you provide explicit written consent (e.g., agreeing to showcase a finished embroidered item in our portfolio), your designs will never be publicly displayed, sold, duplicated, or distributed. All ArteXPunch digitizers and staff sign strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
5. Data Security & Storage
