1. Agreement to Terms
By browsing ArteXPunch, submitting artwork for quotes, or placing orders for embroidery digitizing, vector conversions, custom patches, apparel, or promotional merchandise, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Artwork Ownership & Copyright Indemnification
When uploading logos, graphics, or brand assets, you warrant that you are the legal copyright owner or have authorized written consent to reproduce the submitted design. ArteXPunch assumes no liability for trademark or copyright infringements resulting from client-submitted artwork. You agree to defend and indemnify ArteXPunch against any claims arising from copyright disputes.
3. Digital Proofing & Revision Policy
We prioritize flawless accuracy and client peace of mind:
Thread color adjustments, sizing tweaks (within 20%), density changes, and minor stitch edits are 100% free of charge.
If a stitch file does not run smoothly on your embroidery machine, our senior digitizers will adjust stitch sequences until perfect.
Note: Completely different artwork or major design overhauls requested after work completion may incur a reasonable nominal setup fee.
4. Physical Manufacturing & Pre-Production Approvals
For all custom physical merchandise (patches, hoodies, caps, engraved bottles), ArteXPunch provides digital mockups or photographic pre-production samples. Once you provide formal approval (via portal, email, or WhatsApp), manufacturing starts immediately. Orders cannot be canceled after production has commenced.
5. Payment Terms & Invoicing
All prices are quoted in USD unless specified otherwise. We support safe payment options including Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Bank Transfer for commercial accounts. With our "Pay After Proof Approval" guarantee, digital file orders can be inspected and verified prior to final billing.
6. Limitation of Liability
ArteXPunch shall not be held liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from shipping delays caused by customs, severe weather, courier carrier strikes, or equipment malfunction. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the total monetary amount paid for the specific order.
