1. Digital Delivery vs. Physical Shipment
Embroidery files (.DST, .PES, .EMB) and Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) are 100% digital products. They are dispatched electronically via email and accessible anytime inside your client portal. Zero shipping fees apply to digital services.
Custom patches, printed hoodies, hats, engraved flasks, and merchandise items are packed in protective weatherproof boxes and shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS with full tracking.
2. International Transit Times
Once production and quality inspection are completed, packages are handed over to express carriers:

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For most standard bulk orders to the USA under $800, goods clear duty-free under Section 321 de minimis rules. For other international destinations, any local VAT, GST, or import tariffs levied by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
